Lundy Bay Bioblitz – Debris Dive
02/07/2016 @ 12:00 - 03/07/2016 @ 15:00Free
*** Diving Elements Cancelled due to weather updated 29/06/2016 *** but all the other non-diving activities will continue.
The weather is not looking good for the diving side of things on Saturday so unfortunately we have cancelled the 2 dives (strong westerly winds and a large swell). We are sorry.
However, if you are still up for taking part there will be lots of topside events and activities including seawatches, rockpooling, bat watching, moth trapping, and midnight rockpooling. Some people will also be bringing snorkelling kit in case the conditions miraculously improve on the day!
There is camping for volunteers free and you are welcome to come and join in! If you want to do night rockpooling bring lots of torches! For more info please contact the organiser Sarah Stevens of National Trust SarahE.Stevens@nationaltrust.org.uk or call 01208 863821.
Fathoms Free will still be there and will be camping too – so lets not let the weather spoil the weekend – get some fresh air and participate 🙂 – See you there….
